We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our company.

As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our backend systems, with a strong focus on payment processing, third-party integrations, and high-performance solutions. The ideal candidates should be highly proactive, independent thinkers who are skilled at problem-solving and capable of working autonomously. There is also potential for career growth into team leadership roles as our presence in the Philippines expands.

What you will be doing

• Develop and optimize backend systems to support large volumes of payment transactions.
  
• Integrate with third-party providers through REST APIs and other relevant technologies.
  
• Ensure code quality and scalability using Java Spring Framework.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain backend systems for maximum performance and reliability.
  
  

Requirements:

• English Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English are essential.
  
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with expertise in Java Spring Framework.
  
• Proven experience with payment processing systems.
  
• Proficiency in MySQL for database management and optimization.
  
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience with third-party integrations.
  
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and take initiative.
  
• Strong organizational and self-management skills;
  
• Leadership potential with interest in developing team management skills for future growth.
