We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our company.

In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring our operations meet stringent risk management and regulatory compliance standards associated with payment processing in the industry.

What you will be doing

- Adapt and implement comprehensive Compliance policies for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes.

- Continuously monitor processes to ensure adherence to AML policies.

- Prepare and present periodic KPI’s reports on onboarding and monitoring processes.

- Evaluate internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

- Create, update, and communicate compliance and risk management policies and procedures for stakeholders

- Train Limepay’s team on compliance and risk management best practices.

- Ensure effective implementation of all policies and procedures.

- Assess platforms’ KYB

- Define roadmap and prioritisation of projects to be developed

- Perform analysis and investigations when necessary,

- Elaborate a compliance assessment for the different jurisdictions and verticals, discuss and define a plan of action if necessary.

- Have direct contact with our various merchants and get immerse in the business

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.

- Proven knowledge and experience in the Payments/Fintech industry.

- Experience working in Asia markets is a must!

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
