We are looking for a Operations Analyst to join our company!

What you will be doing

• Be in constant communication, and be the link between operations, product and suppliers;
  
• Formulate business strategy with others in the team.
  
• Implement efficient processes and standards.
  
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation.
  
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
  
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  

Requirements:

• 2+ proven experience in Operations area or similar.
  
• Familiarity with all business functions including Legal, finance, supply chain, product and IT.
  
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
  
• Attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
  
• Advanced English required.
  
• Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus
