We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow and manage client relationships across key global markets, including APAC, EMEA, and Africa.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving revenue growth and supporting market expansion.
What You'll Do
Own and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and key decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, strategic partnerships, and market research.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and effectively position the company's payment solutions.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to support seamless onboarding and successful client implementation.
Develop account growth strategies and execute upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and client records within the CRM system.
Represent the brand at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven experience managing and growing client accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and opportunities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Experience within fintech and payments industries is preferred.
