We’re on the lookout for a high-performing Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership, drive projects across diverse teams, and help us scale our operations in some of the most dynamic markets in the world.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong fintech/payments background, comfortable working across African and Asian markets, and able to move from strategy to execution at speed. 

Requirements:

• Proficient in Jira: building boards, automations, dashboards, and managing sprints/releases
• Strong experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
• Solid understanding of payments infrastructure and fintech platforms
• Technical background or practical experience with software development processes, web technologies, APIs and other relevant technical domains
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and the ability to work closely with development teams
• Ability to analyze KPIs and tech/product performance metrics to inform decision-making
• Experience managing multi-vendor or third-party integrations
• Proven ability to prioritize initiatives based on data, customer feedback, and business value
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and organizational priorities
• Collaborate with leadership to build business cases for new initiatives and guide strategic product investments
