We are looking for a Jr Backend Developer to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Develop and optimize backend systems to support large volumes of payment transactions.
  
• Integrate with third-party providers through REST APIs and other relevant technologies.
  
• Ensure code quality and scalability using Java and Spring Boot Framework.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain backend systems for maximum performance and reliability.
  

Requirements:

• Basic experience in backend development.
• Exposure to any backend language or framework (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, etc.), ideally with some experience or interest in Java.
• Willingness to learn Java and Spring Boot Framework.
• Interest in the fintech industry and curiosity about how payment systems work.
• Familiarity with relational databases; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and enthusiasm for learning about system integrations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
