We are looking for a Payments Operations Center Analyst (POC Analyst) to join our company.
This position will work on a day shift (8AM-5PM) from Saturday to Wednesday.
The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!
What you will be doing
Monitoring and overseeing payment flows in real-time, ensuring transaction stability and efficiency. Its main focus includes:
Continuous monitoring of payment success rates.
Early detection and alerting of failures or anomalies.
Trend analysis to improve system stability.
Coordination with technical and business teams for rapid incident resolution.
The POC serves as the central hub to ensure payments are fast, secure, and efficient, minimizing disruptions and optimizing user experience.
Requirements:
2+ proven experience in Payment Operations area or similar.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
Proactive and hands-on — you take initiative and like to get things done.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work with tight deadlines.
Advanced English required.
Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus.
