We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our company.

This position will work on a Monday to Friday schedule.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing:

• Acting as a link between operations, product, and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration

• Collaborating on business strategy and supporting company growth

• Implementing efficient processes and maintaining operational and financial controls

• Managing technology rollouts to improve efficiency

• Evaluating risks, leading quality assurance, and recommending improvements

• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations or a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience improving processes and implementing operational controls.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with confidence handling financial data.

• Experience creating reports to support data-driven decision-making.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally; strong communicator who can operate independently.

• Advanced English required.

• Experience in fintech or payments is a strong plus.
