We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our company.

This position will work on a day shift, Monday to Friday schedule.

What you will be doing:

• Act as a link between operations, product, and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration.

• Manage relationships with external partners including onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing operational support.

• Monitor operational performance and payment activities to ensure timely execution, accuracy, and adherence to established processes.

• Implement and maintain operational controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Analyze operational data and trends to provide insights that support decision-making and business performance.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects, process improvements, and technology initiatives.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational visibility and effectiveness.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and scalability of operational processes as the business grows.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in fintech, payment operations, or a related role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• Experience with payment providers, financial institutions, or B2B operational environments preferred.

• Strong knowledge of payment operations, operational controls, and process management.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects in fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience driving process improvements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to build relationships and coordinate across teams.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable working with operational and financial data.

• Strong ownership and accountability; able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

• Advanced English proficiency required.
